Terms of delivery

Delivery times:
We always deliver as quickly as possible. Orders that we do not expect to be able to deliver within 2 weeks of receipt will be confirmed with the shipping date. Recourse claims are not recognized.

Shipping:
The goods shall be dispatched at our discretion by the safest and most economical means of transportation. If you require “express delivery” or “express”, the additional costs shall be borne by you.

Transport damage:
Fortunately, they occur extremely rarely. If you are affected by this, please call us immediately upon receipt of the goods. We can only settle the claim for you free of charge if you register within this period.
